Shipping Policy

Pre-Order Items

All items on our store are available on a pre-order basis. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving your item before stock arrives.

• Payment is taken in full at the time of checkout.
• Estimated dispatch: Orders will be dispatched once stock arrives — currently estimated by 30 September 2026. We'll notify you by email as soon as your order ships.
• Delivery time: Please allow 3–5 business days after dispatch for delivery within the UK.
• Shipping rate: A flat rate of £4.99 applies to all pre-order orders.

Changes & Cancellations

Pre-orders can be cancelled or amended before dispatch. Please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@ksportswear.co.uk if you need to make changes.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
